In order to terminate an employee, select the check-box in front of that person’s name, and then click on the “Deactivate” button on the top of the page (highlighted in the screenshot below).
In order to re-activate an already terminated profile, click on the check-box in front of that person’s name, then click on the “More” option, and select “Activate” from the drop down menu.
Other way to deactivate certain employee is to go to the Edit menu on the three dotted menu and select ‘Deactivate’ option. The same can be applied when you wish to re-activate employee.
If you have a lot of terminated employees, you can just click on the “Hide deactivated employees” check-box on the top of that page, and the system will only show you the active employee profiles.
