The integration with Paychex Online is pretty simple and the process of configuring and using it is straightforward. In order to set up this configuration properly, navigate to Settings and then click on the “Payroll” section. At the top of the page, you’ll see the “Export to…” label with a couple of options in the drop-down menu. Simply select Paychex Online, adjust the necessary parameters and click the Save button and the integration is configured.
Once you have this setting saved, you can export the payroll data from Ximble into the Paychex Online specific file format and import it into your Paychex Online account. To do that, simply run the payroll report, and click on the “Paychex Online” button to download the file.
Save it to your local hard drive, and then login to your Paychex Online account and import the file. All the payroll data will show up on your Paychex Online account, and once you verify the information, you can process the payroll.
