In this video, we will cover the best way to evaluate the punctuality of your workforce by entering the “Reports” section and choosing the “Scheduled vs. Actual Hours Worked” option. The system will display a comprehensive report containing:
- the name of the employee,
- the date of the shift,
- the number of scheduled hours, pulled from the scheduling module,
- the number of actual hours worked, from the data collected by the Ximble Time Clock module
- and the difference between the two, if any.
You can also see the sum total for the selected time frame by scrolling to the bottom of the page.
The report will display the ongoing week by default. You can select a couple of different options from the drop down menus above and then click on the green “Update” button to load the data.
You can print out this data or export it in a couple of different formats by using the icons in the upper right corner.
