In this video, we will cover various reports available in Ximble. All reports can be accessed by navigating to the „Reports“ section.
Let's start with the „Schedules“ report. The system will display a daily breakdown of the schedule data for the selected time period containing the number employees and scheduled hours, the total number of shifts, trades, drops and pickups, and the labor cost for each day.
The „Employees“ report offers a couple of different options. You can view a detailed employee list containing all available personnel data. By choosing the „Employee Summary“, the system will display a breakdown of employees' scheduled hours, the number of hours actually worked, daily and weekly overtime and cost. If your company chose to use QR codes via Ximble's tablet app for the clocking in and out purposes, then entering the „QR codes“ option will generate a custom QR code for each employee. The „Monthly scheduled hours“ option will display the total number of scheduled hours per week for each employee on the selected month.
The „Who is not scheduled“ report allows you to view all employees who are not scheduled for the ongoing week. The „NS“ label will be shown on days when no shifts are scheduled. You can filter the data by department or position.
There are two options available for reporting on employee request statistics – „By employee“ or „By position“. The „Request statistics by employee“ option will simply display the number and percentage of each type of request for every employee, while the „Request statistics by position“ option will give you an overview of pick up requests and drop shift requests by department or position.
You can also view the daily breakdown of the number of open shifts for a selected time frame by either date or position.
If your company is a user of our SMS messaging add-on, you can view a log of all messages sent to each employee individually by accessing the „Text message log“ report.
We will conclude with the „Employee certificates“ report. By choosing this option, the system will display any upcoming certificate expirations, if you have any assigned ones through employee profiles. By default, the system will also send an alert to the supervisor if an employee's certificate expires within the next 30 days.
