Besides the ability to review, edit and approve employees’ timesheet, admins can also add time clocks manually. In order to do this, navigate to the Time Clock section and click on the “Add Clock Time” button.
Another way to add clock time is to go to Timesheets and click the Add Time button on top of the screen.
Here you will be able to manually enter timesheets for each employee by adding the date, clock-in and clock-out times and position for the given employee. Here clock-out time is not a mandatory field, so if an employee forgot to clock in you can easily enter only the start time and let the employee clock out himself. Also it is possible to edit activities and their start time and end time.
