First, hover over the Setting tab (gear icon), and click the Payroll button. Next, click Export Preferences under the Payroll Column. Finally, choose ADP from the Export To... drop down list. Make sure to click the Save button so any changes can take effect.
- Company Code
- This is an ADP field. The Company Code can be found within your ADP account. If you're having trouble locating your Company Code, please contact ADP support. They'll be able to assist you further.
- Fixed Batch ID
- When this option is enabled, the Batch ID will not continue to increase.
- Batch ID
- The Batch ID will continue to increase with every export unless the Fixed Batch ID option is enabled.
Once you're satisfied with the Export Preferences for ADP, you're now ready to export the Payroll Report. When the Payroll Report is configured properly, click the Generate button, then select ADP from the drop down list.
Save the file to your drive, login to your ADP account, and import the file. All the exported / imported data will now appear within your ADP account. Once you verify that the payroll information is correct, you can now process payroll within your ADP account.
