The Miscellaneous report section allows you to select from a lot of different report types. You can navigate to the Miscellaneous report section by selecting “Miscellaneous” from the drop-down menu once you select the Reports option or by different ways on this section, shown in the screenshot below.
Who is Not Scheduled
The Who Is Not Scheduled report allows you to view all the employees who are not scheduled for an on-going week. All your employees will be listed by default, with the label “NS” displayed for the day(s) when they have NO shifts whatsoever.
Furthermore, by selecting a position or a department name and clicking the “Update” button, you’ll be able to validate employees against the selected position and/or department combination. Please note that the system will not hide the employee names who do not work in the selected position or department. Instead, the system will display the label “NS” next to their names for the selected position/department combination, since they’re not scheduled with such a shift.
Request Statistics by Employee
This report will allow you to see statistics for each of your employees, for a selected date range. By default, the system will cover the current month.
Request Statistics by Position
Through this report, you will be able to review the statistics for all the requests broken down per position. You can optionally select any custom date range on the top of the page, or filter out the data by a specific position or department.
Open Shifts by Date
Through the “Open Shifts by Date” report, you can view the daily break-down of the number of open shifts for a selected date range. By adjusting the filter on the top of the page, you can cover any custom date range.
Open Shifts by Position
Through the “Open Shifts by Position” report, you can view the daily overview of the number of open shifts for a selected date range, broken-down per position basis. By adjusting the filter on the top of the page, you can cover any custom date range.
The time-off list report, as its name suggest, allows you to easily view all the time-off information related to your staff members for a selected date range. By using the filter menu on the top of the page, you can adjust the date range covered, or filter out employees in a certain position or from a certain department.
Scheduled vs Actual Hours Worked
The “Scheduled vs Actual Hours Worked” report allows you to easily compare the hours as planned according to the schedule and the actual hours pulled from the time clock. If you want to monitor whether there were any discrepancies between what was planned, and what actually happened when your employees started clocking in and out for their shifts, this report can be very handy.
Job Summary Report
Through this report, you can review the hours worked according to the time clock, broken-down per activity. Along with all the activities listed, you’ll see the employees that performed them, as well as the number of hours and cost (based on the time clock hours).
Late or Absent
This page provides a list of late or absent employees, for each of their shifts. The system will list all the employees who were late or absent during their scheduled shifts. In addition to this report, the system will also send an email notification to the supervisor whose employee is late for at least 10 minutes into the shift, according to the scheduled time.
Text Message Log
If your company has the “Communication via Text Messages” add-on, then this report will show you a break-down of text messages sent to each of your employees. When trying to run the report, you’ll also need to select the name of an employee and the system will show the break down for one person at a time.
This report allows you to view any upcoming certificate expirations, assigned through employee profiles. You can select any date range and view if any of your employees’ certificates expires in the selected range. By default, the system will send an alert to the supervisor if an employee’s certificate will expire within the next 30 days.
This reports is based on timesheet records and scheduled shifts. It takes into consideration the hours worked and scheduled hours and if the limit of 30, 35 or 40 hours is crossed, the system will inform you with this report.
