In this video, we will cover the “Time Off List” report available in Ximble. To access this data, navigate to the “Reports” section, and from the “Miscellaneous” reports, choose “Time Off List”.
The system will display a list of employees' approved time off requests for the given date range. The current week is displayed by default. To choose a different time frame, use the drop down above and click on the green “Update” button.
You will see the name of the employee who made the request, their workplace location, the time frame requested, the total duration of the approved time off, and a personal note attached to this request if the employee chose to include it.
You can print out this list or export it in a couple of different formats by using the icons in the upper right corner.
