I have a blank screen with nothing on it. What do I do?

If you come across a blank screen, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

• Sign out and sign back in
• Do a hard refresh (command + shift + r)
• Clear your cache
• Use Chrome as the preferred browser (not Internet Explorer)

If you are still unable to view a page as expected, please Submit a support ticketAlso describing the problem you encountered. The more information you can provide about your experience, the sooner we will be able to get it fixed, so please be as specific as you can.

When filing a support ticket, please include the following information:

• Did you first attempt the troubleshooting steps above? Y/N
• Your account email and company name
• The browser you are using to access Verb
• The names of any relevant pages, activities, collections, or pathways you were working in
