If you are using ADP as your HR software, you can easily integrate your Ximble account and get the best of both worlds.
Depending whether or not you already have a Ximble account, the integration process can go one of the two following ways:
- Connecting your existing Ximble account to ADP
- Creating a new Ximble account through ADP
Creating a new Ximble account through ADP
If you do not have a Ximble account you can create a subscription through ADP. Simply go to ADP’s marketplace and enter “Ximble” into the search bar. Here you will find the Ximble app, just click the View Profile button.
Here you will be able to create a new Ximble account with the existing staff data in ADP.
When you click the Buy Now button, you will be presented with Ximble’s plans, modules and add-ons that you can choose from. Additionally, you will be asked to select the number of staff members to include in your subscription. Once you have completed the payment process, a new Ximble account will be created for you.
All of your subscription details and payment options will be available through ADP.
Optionally, once this process is done, you can also get the Ximble Connector and export the payroll data from Ximble to ADP, as explained below.
Connecting your existing Ximble account to ADP
If you already have a Ximble account set up and you would like to connect it to ADP, you can easily do this by navigating to App Center and selecting ADP integration and click the Connect button.
From here you will be navigated to the ADP Marketplace where you can install the Ximble Connector application. Alternatively, you can visit the ADP Marketplace web page and just type “Ximble Connector” into the search bar.
The Ximble Connector allows for easy account creation directly from Ximble into ADP Workforce Now®. It is a real-time integration which allows an administrator to pull the employee data from ADP Workforce Now® directly into Ximble. Once you finish the installation, you will have to return to the App Center and click on the Connect link again.
From here you will be able to match the staff by linking their Ximble and ADP profiles.
This integration allows the payroll data to sync from Ximble to ADP and staff information to sync from ADP to Ximble. You will be able to link your employees’ profiles between these platforms when setting up the integration, and each time you run your payroll report in Ximble you can easily export the data into ADP.
